Turkey continues to host the largest number of refugees worldwide, as the number of people forcibly displaced across the world due to conflict, violence and persecution hit record levels. 

Turkey currently hosts over 3.6 million registered Syrian refugees along with over 365,000 persons of concern from other nationalities.  

Today in Turkey, the most important issue is refugees because of that refugees are affected   socially, culturally, economically and politically, live in Turkey. 

Before all these researches or the other documents I just want to look at the other side when we are talking about refugees.  In our daily lives or our policy makers they are only talking about numbers so many people know partially about these other people.  

You can be a teacher, you can be a Queen or King, you can be the richest person in the world but before all of them, you are human. Refugees are also human.  

If you never forget this part you can improve your theory of mind (empathy). Now when you are talking about refugees, you can empathise with them, thus you can help them.

I can help you through the process.

 Look at news about refugee research, the refugees’ lives and how they are living in bad conditions… Then think yourself in that same situation. After that, you will want to help them.

 Never forget if you want to change a refugee’s life (make it easier) just pretend you are in his/her place.

 Act with your heart, help them with your heart.
